Louis XIV loved his Château deeply, but it was for his gardens that he felt the strongest passion. In 1689, the sovereign wrote, in his own hand, a guide entitled “Manière de montrer le jardin de Versailles”, and over the course of his reign, no fewer than seven revised versions of the book were published. If the monarch dreamed of making men turn in his orbit, it was on his paths and groves, which had been reworked ten times, that he first enjoyed casting the power of his rays…

Even before the official installation of power at Versailles in 1682, Louis XIV imagined his first garden as a festive, natural setting for his dreams of absolute grandeur. Victims of the successive redevelopments of the Château and then of the Revolution, there is unfortunately nothing left today of these primitive gardens, which nevertheless left their mark on contemporaries and contributed so much to the universal renown of Versailles.

Today, thanks to immersive technologies, we have the means to make the sun rise again on these vanished spaces. We want to create an experience that takes visitors on a journey of discovery of the first splendours imagined by Louis XIV in the 1660s, following the initial works that saw the Château become the entertainment capital of Europe.

Terms of Ticket Sales

• Admission tickets sold are non-transferable. Once tickets are sold, there are strictly no cancellations, exchanges or refunds and void if altered.
• Admission tickets may not be copied, resold or duplicated and may only be used once. Each e-ticket comes with a unique QR code that will be scanned to allow entry. Only the first scan of the valid e-ticket will be granted entry. E-tickets with QR codes that have been scanned will not be accepted. Each ticket admits one (1).
• The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Photography / Videography Recording Rules

• No Photography, Video Recording and Audio Recording is permitted for this event.
• By entering the venue, all attendees consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded in connection with the event, and agree that such content and recordings can be broadcasted, distributed or displayed by the Organiser without compensation being paid to the attendees.

General

• Guests need to come 10 min before their purchased timeslot.
• As a courtesy to other audience members, infants in arms and prams, and children below six years of age cannot be admitted for ticketed shows.
• This experience includes immersive Virtual Reality content, which may cause dizziness, nausea, or disorientation in some individuals. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a heart condition, or other medical concerns, please consult a doctor before participating. Participation is at your own risk.
• Strictly no food & beverage allowed in the exhibition.
• No animals except for guide dogs are allowed at the Venue.
• The Organiser may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event, or deny access to the venue, due to reasons including but not limited to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
• In the case of an emergency evacuation or situation, you must follow all official directives.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser and its contractors, nominees, agents and/or employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss, or damage incurred or suffered by any person(s) in relation to the event.

• Exit C1 or D1: Take the escalator to 1/F and follow the signs through ELEMENTS to the Artist Square Bridge on 2/F, Metal Zone to reach WestK. The walk is approximately ten to fifteen minutes.
• C1或D1出口: 乘搭電梯至1/F，跟從指示到達位於圓 方商場金區2/F的藝術廣場天橋，再步行約10至15分 鐘即可到達西九文化區。

• Exit E4 or E5: Walk along Nga Cheung Road to Museum Drive. The walk is approximately ten to fifteen minutes.

MTR Tuen Ma Line: Austin Station.乘搭港鐵屯馬綫前往柯士甸站：

• Exit B4 or B5: Walk to WestK via ELEMENTS. The walk is approximately ten to fifteen minutes.

• High-Speed Rail: Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, Exit M. Approximately 15 minutes on foot to the West Kowloon Cultural District.
